Hi all,
One of my business teams has asked if it possible to request a read receipt on emails that are sent from within the Service Ticket email interactions.
In some cases (e.g.sending an invoice) the business would like to have visability through a read receipt.

As of now the functionality is not yet available. This has been submitted as new requirement on our Customer Influence Site -
