Problems controlling item price change in SAP Customer Checkout

I am configuring SAP Customer checkout for a client, I restricted the roles and users from being able to make price changes on the items, I synchronized the data and yet when making a receipt it allows them to manipulate or change the price of the items without entering into purchase processes. authorization or supervision, this in itself generates a great risk in the operation of the stores.

I don't know if there is any parameterization that needs to be done to achieve the objective.

It sounds like the user synchronization is not successful.

Do you use central user management in Functions => Configuration => Integration => SAP Customer Checkout manager? And if you scroll down in the same screen and hit the "Check connection and authentication" button what is being returned?
