Hi

Once you create product catalog please ensure the following:-

1. The Product Catalog is Active

2. All the assigned products within the catalog are also active

3. After saving the product catalog it should be replicated to TREX. (TREX server should be a part of your ARCHITECTURE)

4. You should have mentioned the product catalog name, variant name in the shopadmin settings for the SHOP you have defined.

5. You can check your TREX server connectivity in SM59 transaction code in CRM system.

Hope this will help.

Regards

Thank you very much. That's very helpfull.

And How to check they are active?

I got error when run t-code COMM_PCAT_IMS_INIT.

Error in FTP link to publishing target: 1

Error in the system environment

And there is a step to set target for publishing catalog content, Can you explain a bit?

And what's the different between the port 30001,30003 and 30005 of TREX?

Thanks again.

Hi

1. There is a bulb sign against each products which are assigned to the catalog area. Just click on that and the product/s are active.

2. Also ACTIVATE the CATALOG AREAS , by clicking on the bulb sign at the header level.

3. Also check the customising setting - SPRO > Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Product Catalog > Define Catalog Variant Indexing (The defualt setting is B - Catalog Staging).

Hope this will help. Please grant some points.
