Pricing status getting changed to not calculated in SAP C4C

Dear Team,

After sales quote creation , when we click on "Request for External pricing " then pricing status -"Calculated successfully" is coming but when click on save after getting data from ECC to C4C.

It's again changing pricing status from "Calculated successfully" to "Not calculated".

I have checked in debugging . It's getting changed after - Onsavemethod but there is such kind of code is there to change this field value and this issue is happening sudden without doing any code change in it.

Hi Madhuri,

I'm guessing that is standard behavior. I do not have quotes in c4 thus I can't tell for sure. However is that change in pricing status on save, impacting anything or is the calculated price from ECC still showing correctly? If this is impacting, and you do not have any custom code around it, I would recommend you create an incident with SAP C4C support as it seems like a bug.
