Post DB update getting below error while opening Hybris Backoffice

Hi All - we have recently updated DB snapshot in our lower environment and post which we have done system update through HAC. After that, while access Hybris Backoffice we're getting below mentioned error

ERROR [Thread-19] [BackofficeWidgetPersistenceService] Error occurred while processing widgets configuration

Hi Abdul,

By updating DB snapshot, do you mean the DB snapshot of some other environment has been placed in lower environment?
