Outlook server side integration, SAP contacts folder not created.

Hello Experts,

After provisioning and activating few users for Outlook server side integration, one user is missing the SAP Contacts folder. I tried uninstalling and Reprovisioning the addin still the SAP Contacts folder is not created. Any idea what could be missing?

Answer:

Switch to Folder view in Outlook by pressing Crtl+6.

SAP Contacts folder will be visible.
