Not enabling the function button to select searched batch number in SAP Customer Checkout

Dear Experts,

Wishing a great day ahead for all of you...!

Kindly note that with in the Sap Customer Checkout 2.0 FP12 PL03 we have experienced that when going for the batch selection the "done" button is not enabling to select the particular batch as shown below,

By typing the batch number manually in the Batch number field only that button will be enabling .

So anyone can advise on this please .

Dear tharindu,

What you describe may be down to an application error that got fixed in CCO FP12 PL14. Have a read of the corresponding release note 3203983.

SAP Customer Checkout: Batch number finding

Symptom: The “Done” button was disabled when the automatic batch determination flag was enabled and the user tried to change the quantity of a sales item.

Fix: Quantity change of sales items with automatic batch determination works as expected.

Please update CCO (ideally to the latest patch) and see if the issue remains.

It's well noted and Thanks for your support as always .

My bad the version been mention here was wrong and we checked version was 2.0 FP13 PL04 . But as you advised we have upgraded to the latest release (FP13 PL08) and checked the issue was sorted in this release . So thanks again for supporting always on our queries .
