No “Our product” name in report for analyses Competitor’s product

Dear experts, can I ask any advice resolving my request.

I’ve faced with useless ability in SAP data source CODPSPSURQUEVALU (Perfect Store Visits and Surveys). There is problem in displaying product name in data where end-user want to see comparison Competitor’s product and Our product. User see only id of product. Description doesn’t work (screen in attachment).

SAP support ( Case ID: 862657 / 2023) said that it was expected behavior of system. It’s looks like bug.

Please help to find solution.

Well, if the Gods (SAP) have spoken, then there isn't much you can do to resolve this. I feel if at all, the only possibility is to try to enhance this using SDK.
