Material Substitution in SAP Sales Cloud v1

Hi,

Currently, we have an existing material substitution process in S4. As an example below for material 1000

It has 2 alternative materials. When creating an order via S4, a new line item is generated:

Now when I try the same order customer & materials via C4C, I get an error:

We are using standard webservices for our order pricing simulation here between C4C and S4.
