is material determination (VB11, VB12, VB13) an available feature in S4HANA service order (customer management, inclusion of SAP CRM service scenario) on premise rel. 2022 ?

Hi Irene

I've never seen such feature in S/4HANA. There is something called "product proposal" but it's based in BOM's and not in conditions.

I think that isn't available.
