I imagine that you are coming from a SAP CRM on-Prem system and have now migrated to S/4. On S/4, you are now using Service Management with Web UI which is the successor to SAP CRM.
If this is the case, marketing in general and marketing attributes in particular are no longer part of S/4.
Marketing functions have been moved to SAP Marketing in the cloud. Different product and cloud only.
If this is not what you are looking for, please be a little bit more precise what you mean by "marketing attribute".
