Hi team.
After we upgrade our system from FP18 to FP20PL03, and try to login to the CCO manager, we have the error Login Failed. The username and password are correct. We have also try to recover the password again but after we type it to login, we have the same issue.
Has anybody else upgraded to this PL?
Request clarification before answering.

We uninstalled everything, removed the SAP folder where the manager has settings and reinstalled everything. We only used the same CCOm sql database and have the same issue. There is no any other running instances.
