List of products without image

Hello,

We would like to obtain some kind of list of the products that don't have an image associated. We have tried with the repports but there is no field informing whether a product has an image or not.

We thought about exporting the products to an excel but we strrugled again obtaining info about the image. Is there a way to obtain a list of the products that don't have an image associated using this "exportation"? Or could you help us with any other methodology to obtain the list?

Hi Albert,

Since product images are stored as attachments on the product, you could filter the products list in the Products OWL by the 'Attachment Exists' field and filter out all those products that do not have an attachment. See screenshot below. And then export the list to an excel spreadsheet.

The only caveat here is that' Attachment exists' checks whether the product has an attachment or not. It does not necessarily check if the product attachment is an image. So if you have attachments in the products that are not product images, this will probably not work.

Regarding this field: We would like to get a report where we identify the products without image that are being "used" on a sales quote. The problem is that i can't find the "Attachment Exists" field in any Data Source.

Do you know where it is? Or is it a field that can not be used on the business analytics?

Hi Julius,

We had the 'Attachment Exists' field hidden so i didn't thought about this solution. We will check if we have other attachments appart from product images so that we can use your idea.
