Hi Experts,
our client is interested in SAP Emarsys, yet it is huge company, and would require five hundred unique users.
Is it possible to keep so many regular users?
Are there any precautions or best practice, that you would share in case of such massive system?
Kind regards
Adam

Hi adam_lut, thanks for your question, and thanks kunal_bansal for the superfast response!
I'll be honest - we have not come across a use case for so many users before, but there are no limitations to the number user profiles you create. You can also use the permissions screen to grant specific access to different parts of the platform to different sets of users, so not everyone will have full access.
One thing to be aware of, we do expect that having 500 entries in the User Management table will have an effect on the page load time and performance of this page, but only that page.
Here are some documentation articles to give you more information on the different options open to you:

Hi adam_lut,
As per my experience, it won't be a problem for that many users.
Thank you.
