Invalid document format

Hi,

there is an interesting document on SDN about Customer Loyalty Management Scenarios: <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/97c0a990-0201-0010-ff8a-e75fb9f85076">How to Implement Business Scenarios for Customer Loyalty Management.pdf</a>. Unfortunately it's not a valid PDF document and can't be opened by Adobe Reader. Can someone publish a new version of this doc on the Website?
