After adding a new action definition to an action profile everything works fine for new documents or if a document is saved. However, I'm looking for a way to "attach" the new action definition to existing documents – something to ‘initialize’ the new action.
The background of this is that I created an action definition to change the order status after a defined period of time (delayed by a start condition). I would like to use this mechanism for all existing documents rather than writing a program that performs the status change in our old documents.
Any ideas? Is there an exsting tool available?
