Hello Harshita,
From the little that you mentioned I'm guessing that you a widget based telephony integration with C4C and that the Ready toggle button and available checkbox etc are custom developed by your CTI vendor. You might want to check with the CTI vendor on this as they would have coded for the timeout.
If my understanding is incorrect, can you explain in more details while providing some background information on the solution that you have in place etc.
