Implementation of Domain Warning Message for Non-Business Required Email Addresses on Ticket Screen

Dear Experts,

At the interaction level on the ticket screen, when a user enters a domain in the "To" field that is not business-required, we need to display a warning message (as a pop / Dialog box ) asking if they wish to proceed.

is it possible to enhance as per the requirememt?
