I have a requirement to create call list and assign them to business partners. Can anyone help me in this regard?

Hi Patrick,
No Call List profile was assigned to my ICWC profile.
I tried assigning Automatic Partner Confirmation as
well as non automatic partner confirmation Call List Profile, none of them is working.
Is there any validity period for the call lists created?
If so, how to view/change the same?

Thanks for your information. My IC Webclient profile is assigned to a position and now I have assigned this position to the required call list using the transcation
CRMD_TM_CLDIST. After this assignment I tried excecuting the ICWC application; even now I could not see the Call List in the available call list entry. Any thoughts on it?

Hi,
Try CRMD_CALL_LIST and ensure you select 'Group by Agent' on the selection screen.
CRMD_TM_CLDIST allows you to maintain existing call lists.
