I am not able to login/register on OOTB spartacus store(s)

HI,

I am using SAP-Commerce 2211 version with 2211.23.0 version of spartacus. Other pages are loading properly, but login and registration is not working in any of the storefront, i.e. powertools, electronics, apparel.

Please let me know if someone encountered the same issue and let me know the solution.

Hello,

Can you please tell what exact error you are getting?

Meanwhile if you are mentioning Login/Register, then those pages will require to be accessed without Login means without user access token. So if you want to access those pages make sure your access token is correct.

Also check if the pages exist in the database or not.

More things you can check :

• CORS
• Base URLs
• Session timeouts

Hi Harish, Thanks for response. I am using 2211 OOB setup and below steps to reproduce the error: HI, Steps that i have followed: changed existing B2C customer password from BO and enabled the login. (Even tried by creating new customer from BO) open login page--> it is loaded successfully(screenshot-1). entered same username/password on login page, after clicking submit, just button gets disabled, no error is coming in network tab/console. (screenshot-2) while registration: after clicking register button, only spinner is showing, I do not see any error in network tab/console. (screenshot-3) Thanks!
