Hi Everyone, We've embedded an HTML5 Web Application in the ICWC, but we'd like to use the WebClient Event Mechanism to both raise and subscribe to events in the Interaction Center WebClient, which I believe means we need to host our HTML5 Web Application within a ICWC Component. Does anyone have recent experience with ICWC development and can assist? I can provide further information.
