HTML Mashup not opening in Chrome but opening in IE Browser

Hello Team,

We have a URL and HTML mashup configured in our C4C system. On opening the C4C Tenant in Chrome and Edge, the mashups, do not open/load in the TI screen.

However on opening the C4C Tenant in IE, the mashups open perfectly.

Any pointers on why this could be happening and steps to resolve this would be appreciated.

Hello,

Chrome and Edge are running on the Chromium platform with enhanced security settings for 3rd Party cookies being set on your client. As Mash Ups are also 3rd party website for chrome therefore, you need to allow the cookies either via click "icon"(as shown in snapshot attached) via address bar OR change the chrome settings.
