Dear Shivanand,
I can see from the above screenshots that you have an active HR integration. The system will not allow you to change employee data with an active HR integration and a filled alias name in SU01 for the user, thus the fields are greyed out.
As a workaround you can delete the alias name in SU01, tab 'Logon data'. This will allow you to change the fields.
Or alternatively you need to update the data via HR system.
