How to unsubscribe other employee from Web Service Message Monitoring Email notifications in SAP C4C

Hi Team,

How to unsubscribe user account which is inactive in C4C from Web Service Message Monitoring Email notifications in SAP C4C.

1. I tried impersonating into the user's account to unsubscribe the web service message monitoring notifications on the user's behalf but unfortunately, I was getting option to subscribe web service messages instead of unsubscribing.

2. I tried editing the Email ID of the user assuming that if we update invalid Email ID, that user won't get web service message monitoring notifications but didn't worked out.

Finally, I have activated the user account temporarily and informed the user to unsubscribe the web service message monitoring notifications and de-activated the user account.

To unsubscribe email notifications, we need to log in as this user, go to Administrator > Web Service message monitor > unsubscribe.
