How to split a service ticket to a new ticket in SAP C4C

Dear Team,

I am trying to split a service ticket to new ticket through following path. But getting error "Please report an incident, Party instance is inconsistent".

Could you please guide me how to fix this issue.

Path- > Service ->Ticket> open any ticket-> then go to interaction of ticket-> in any mail right hand side 3 dots are there-> click on this 3 dots-> then click on split to a new ticket-> then one popup come -> after that getting this error.
