We have a requirement to call ECC (on-prem) transactions from C4C. However, we don't want to directly expose ECC to the public network. What are the other options for this connectivity?
- Can we make use of SAP Cloud Connector in this scenario?
- Can we use Cloud Connector destinations on BTP for this scenario?
- How about using a web dispatcher in the DMZ which will connect to the backend server in the secure network?
We need to be able to use SSO with the ECC transactional launcher for the user triggering it from C4C, so that has to be considered in the solution.
