Hi Experts,

One of our end user has navigated to Customer WC >> Individual Customer WCV

He has click on 'Start Personalization' and done some changes.

No sure whether he has clicked on 'Discard Changes' or deleted all the queries under Organise query.

Post that Individual Customer WCV is displaying no data under it.

Any idea how to restore the data in that C4C user account

Regards,

Muheed Syed

Hi, I had a similar issue in the past and at the time I was told it's not possible. I'm not sure if we now have a solution for this type of issue.

Note: since 2305 release there is the option to 'protect' custom queries from removal/deletion - more of a preventive solution. Once custom queries have been removed/deleted, I fear they cannot be retrieved.

I concur with Ben. if personalization is discarded, it cannot be recovered. However, I'm curious to know what data is not visible etc. because personalization would filter out and possibly show a subset of the data where as discarding personalization would kill the filters and go back to default settings which ideally means show all data. Can you provide some more details on what the issue is? It could be that its not related to personalization but could possibly be due to access restrictions or something else.

Please mask out any data that is sensitive if you plan to add screenshots.

Thank you Julius!

Based on your comment, I believe might have not clicked on Discard Changes button. User might have deleted all the queries under Organize query.

Currently in his account, I am unable to find even filter icon.

Any guidance on this please.

I suppose you mean custom queries because standard queries cannot be deleted. Can you paste a screenshot of what filter icon is missing. If the advanced search filter icon is missing, then someone has hidden the advanced search in adaptation.

Can you also paste a screenshot of what queries are currently available.
