How to include custom fields with a Custom Action in a message?

If you want to use more than one Implementation ID, which means you want to have more than one open channel action, then:

• you have to define all of them in one implementation of enhancement (1) Open Channel: Define Implementations.
• you have to separate implementations for the other enhancements (2-5) and use the Implementation ID as filter.

I am trying to add a new custom logic.

I think the one that suits my scenario is (1) Open channel: Define implementations

But there was already a previous implementation to send campaign to an APP

I can't add a new one?

I see that it asks me to use it, but what it does is modify the custom for the campaigns to the APP

Another path that we once used,

was this communication arrangement:

Scenario ID: SAP_COM_0234Scenario: Marketing - Campaign Execution - Generic E-Mail Integrationso this gave us a separate Sender Profile,and instead of sending mails with that Sender Profile to Sinch or Amazon, these were sent to CPI,which then also made the transformations and calls to the external service we needed to reach.And this did allow us to use the content studio.

we had a case like this once, but it was a technical developer who implemented it so I don't know all the details.

I see an implementation of both options (1) and (3), plus a communication arrangement linked to this.

The custom OpenChannel action allows to add an Export Profile, in which we have added the custom fields that we want to send out (so not through a mail builder like in your desired outcome). The communication arrangement links to CPI, so the export profile file is sent to cpi, which then transforms this into an api call towards the service that we wanted to send this information to.
