Hi Team,

Our Customer Needs to Save Consent Information CDC while doing a subscription.

The customer expects one of the below flows.

1. Once Cuscent is updated, All subscriptions should be Opted Out Automatically.

Or

2, Customer should be notified that the consent is modified.

Can any one help me here to resolve this issue?

Regards,

Eldhos Kurian

Hi Eldhos,

At the end of the previous year, SAP Released a new feature: Linkage between Consent Statements and Subscriptions added.

You can create a linkage between a Consent statement and Subscription communications.

This allows you to automatically sync a withdrawal made for a specific Consent statement with the linked Subscriptions, and trigger opt-out from these Subscriptions.

See Linking Consent To Specific Subscriptions on the page Creating and Managing Consent Statements.

Check please if it feets your requirements, otherwise, we can discuss the specific cases and possible workarounds here in the comments.

Hi Eldhos,
Maybe you faced some temporary server or UI issue and it wasn't saved? Because for me it works as expected.

Before - During saving

After saving(Refreshed the page and navigated to Subscriptions again)

Hi Eldhos, have you managed the issue with saving? Was it one-time or still reproducible?
