Hello
We are reviewing the LOG errors in manager but it says things about operations of database. how can you fix this kind of problems, is there any guide to follow.

There is no generic answer. Some logs entry are valid entry (like duplicate receipt error message) while others can be potential bug.
I assume you are talking about the below exception for which you also created a BCP ticket for our component.
"The DELETE statement conflicted with the SAME TABLE REFERENCE constraint
"SLSTMRFRNCSLSTMBJCTKEY". The conflict occurred in database".
This was actually a BUG and this is already fixed. The SAP Customer Checkout manager existing in SMP already have the fix included.
Kindly update your SAP Customer Checkout manager to get rid of this exception.

About the java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space issue, increase the java memory of the Apache Tomcat. See KBA #2645464
