How to deactivate or cancel MS integration in SAP C4C

Dear Team,

In appointment we have field MS Team link field which we don't want as we don't want MS integration for appointment in SAP C4C.

Request you to please help us to deactivate MS integration in SAP C4C.

I got KBA - "https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3082898" to integrate it but from our team no one has implemented as per my understanding and business does not want this functionality . So please guide us how can we deactivate/cancel/remove it.

Hello Madhuri,

If no one has implemented it, then you shouldn't be seeing it in the first place. Nonetheless, if it is indeed activated, you should follow Kunal's response to deactivate it. If you notice that this in deactivated scoping, and you still see the integration with MS on, then you should create an incident with SAP to get their thoughts.

Additionally, you should also hide the collaboration button in adaptation.

Hi madhurirawat19,

You can do it in 2 steps process -

1. In Microsoft Teams Admin Center, remove the C4C entry from Manage apps
2. After that, In C4C Business Config, you can simply remove the scope.
