How to create segments based on company legal forms?

Hello all,

I would like to create segments based on company legal forms in marketing cloud. I have customized some legal forms in "Configure your solution / Business Partner / Maintain Legal Forms" but I can't make them available for segmentation and also can't see them in standard configuration.

Can anyone give advice about that?

Hi Dennis,

seems that this is only maintained for Business Partners (BP). But in Segmentation you work with Interaction Contacts (IC). I'm not aware of a standard field on Interaction Contact level for legal forms. So, I assume you would need a Custom Field.

Then you could try to map the standard-BP-field to your custom-IC-field in the corresponding BAdI. If the BP-field is not available there, you also need a custom field on BP-level and map your legal form code on CPI to the custom-BP-field.
