How to create saleskit in C4C?

Hi,

I have a customer who sells the product in the e-commerce, They have a scenario of selling product in KIT.

The KIT is a Combination of two or more product. In C4C How we can create KIT and what is the procedure. Please guide me

You should look for "Bill of Materials" or "BOM" concepts. They appear on official public documentation such as Administrator guide or, even, on Sales Solution Guide that you can find it here.

Hello,

I'm trying that BOM material (integrated with SAP ERP) works but when i simulate the integration not subitems return. When i create on SAP ERP a sales order whit the same customer, sales área, product and quantity the BOM works fine.

I activated trace on CPI, when SAP ERP request have not subitems.

Have you any idea what happend or have documentation about this scenario ?
