Hello Experts!
We have a requirement to create a maintenance plan, which should create tickets in advanced on a quarterly basis for the next quarter.
For example:
We have 3 registered products which are getting maintenance on a yearly basis. For example in Q1 2024 the following 3 Registered Products have the following ‘maintenance dates’:
RP 1: 15.01.2024
RP 2: 08.02.2024
RP 3: 20.03.2024
Instead of creating tickets based on the actual maintenance dates of each product, we thought of the following scenario.
One month before Q1 2024, the maintenance plan should check before each quarter which maintenance dates are within the next quarter and then create tickets with the same time span (01.01. – 31.03.). In our example it should create the following (same) 3 tickets:
RP 1: Earliest Start date 01.01.2024
Latest End date 31.03.2024
RP 2: Earliest Start date 01.01.2024
Latest End date 31.03.2024
RP 3: Earliest Start date 01.01.2024
Latest End date 31.03.2024
Is this possible with standard functionality of maintenance plans in SAP C4C?
