Hello,
As i got a request that I have to change all the text which called "complaints" in the UI frame to "service requests", I am nearly finished but still one point left, In the search view, for example, if you do not enter any criteria and click search, you will get a title or description so called " Result List: More than 100 Complaints Found", how to change the word here to "Result List: More than 100 service request Found"???
Will highly appriecated if someone can give me some info how to change this. Many thanks!
Request clarification before answering.
Hello,
Thank you both for the guide, but for the first solution I did not find any text label like that in the html code. and for the second solution, when I choose the package, I cannot go and edit the code. Strange.
There is another solution provide by somebody is with ABAP dictionary SE11 to change all the word "complaints" to "service requests", but I don't know if this is possible in this case and I even do not know with which criteria I can go into the ABAP dictionary to change this.
Anyone can give me more ideas? Many thanks.

I have seen something similar where the label was defined as a program text. I have not investigated this problem, but have a look at the Text Elements for the controller class of your view. Open the class in SE80 and select Goto->Text elements.
Unfortunately, if this is the case you have to modify the standard or overwrite it somehow using a subclass.
Johan.
