Hi Experts,
can we add a new tab in the Ticket´s Quick View to display the Interactions?
Or we can only hide what is available in Adaptation mode, but can not add a new tab?
Please see the attached screenshot to understand better our query.
We managed to click on ADD button and created the new tab in the Ticket´s Quick View but at the end the added tab did not show anything.
What we need to configure for this new custom tab to display what we need (Interactions lines in our case)?
