Hi Team,
We have custom workcenter "Sales qualified lead" and we have field called Status in header of sales qualifies lead.
As it's same process to convert the lead. NOw requirement is , user want to convert the lead through "Action" button like we have in standard lead. Instead of manually change to status - "converted" .
Can you please help me to do this requirement. Please find attached screen shot of it to add "Converted" option in Action .

We do have standard Actions for Lead conversion which can be enabled on Business Configuration of Lead Status:
