If a field is part of the ID mapping requirement in C4C integration, and a blank value comes over from ECC / CRM, will it simply translate as blank in C4C ?
I know if a non-blank value comes in, ID mapping will try to resolve the mapped value. If it's not mapped, it will error out.
What if a blank value comes in ?
Request clarification before answering.
If its not a mandatory field in C4C than it is blank, if it is mandatory it will throw content error.
