Hi Sir/Madam,
I want to use the key figure in Sales Effectiveness Scorecard key structure in my custom data source. However due to key figure group/structure does not support to use in custom data source, I need to create those key figure. But my issue now is I couldn't find any basic key figure to create them, how should I proceed?
One example key figure I need to create: To create Average Deal Size (Won) key figure using Lead Funnel data source basic key figure.
Appreciate your assistance on this.

Hi,
You can very well create a custom key figure just by checking the documentation of the standard base key figure. It will give you an idea about how SAP is calculating those key figures. YOu hrightly said that you cannt use key group but you can still see their documentation and try to design your own key figure.
For example, you want to design "Average Deal Size (Won)" for your data source then you can first check "Sales Effectiveness Scorecard" documentation. This clearly tells that It is calculated as "EQUAL([Total Revenue (Won)])". (URL: https://my30XXXX.crm.ondemand.com/sap/bc/mdrs/cdo?compname=average_deal_size_won&objname=codmklefu_s... ) Now you can how "Total Revenue (Won)" is calculated.(https://my30XXXX.crm.ondemand.com/sap/bc/mdrs/cdo?compname=won_revenue&objname=codmklefu_str_01&type=ui_mkfc_component) here you will find that it just takes "Expected Value" of all WON opportunities.

Just to be more clear, after I drilled down on both of these key figure's documentations, they have the same calculation am I right?
If yes, then what is the difference of both in Sales Effectiveness Scorecard?

Though both key figures look the same from the calculation point of view BUT they are not the same. In Key figure "Average Deal Size (Won)", there is an exception aggregation define which calculates the average of "Total Revenue (Won)" splitted over all opportunities as shown below:(i.e. Average Deal Size (Won) = Total Revenue (Won) / Number of opportunities)

How should I create that key figure in Opportunity Header and Item data source in this case?
