Hi,
I'm trying to create a KPI dashboard on data compliance/completeness in C4C Analysis workcenter.
For this I'd ideally like to create COUNT key figures for the associated KPIs, as these can be tracked and timestamped with our external reporting tool (SAC). I'm trying to create a restricted key figure on the Opportunity Header and Item data source and am using fixed value selections to COUNT only when the Product is Null (#). The result is expected to be a 1 when there is no product associated to the opportunity.
I've used Contains "#" as per the screenshot, but it doesn't appear to be working and counts all opportunities. I'm presuming it's an issue with the standard combined data source and perhaps it's looking at the wrong line of data in the report. Do I need to change the data source in order to achieve this? I'm trying to achieve the same result with Lost opportunities containing Competitor data and was hoping to do as much with one report / data source as possible.
Any thoughts welcome and appreciated.
Many thanks,
Chris
