How can we make name fields (first and last name) editable in contact overview?

We want to have name fields (first and last name) of a contact editable in contact overview?

See screenshot below.

How can we make these fields editable or is this currenlty not possible?

Hello Maaike,

I'm 99% sure customers do not have the ability to control what fields can be edited and what cannot, in the edit datasets functionality. SAP has pre-defined that. You may confirm with SAP through a C4C incident.

Alternately you could try the sdk custom code route. I can't say with certainty that it will be possible, but worth a try.
