How can we leverage SAP C/4HANA to improve customer experience and drive sales?

We're an e-commerce business aiming to enhance customer experience and boost sales. We want to leverage SAP C/4HANA to achieve this. Specifically, we're interested in:

  • Personalization: Analyzing customer data to deliver tailored product recommendations and marketing campaigns.
  • Omnichannel Experience: Integrating SAP C/4HANA with our e-commerce platform to provide seamless experiences across all channels.
  • Sales Efficiency: Streamlining sales processes, managing opportunities, and forecasting future sales.
    Customer Service: Improving response times, resolution rates, and proactive support.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Gaining insights from customer data to make informed business decisions.

This is every thing I find about SAP in Terus Channel, but this not provide any document for me to do these thing. I just found out this community in the internet, hope that someone can give me some instruction. Thank you a lot. Me and my team only have 3 - 4 weeks to give the report to your boss hoping for an early response

Hello @tomnguyen1 ,

  • Based on my vast implementation experience, it's not easy to complete the implementation of SAP CX (a.k.a. SAP C/4HANA) applications in just 1/2 month without proper scoping, planning, etc.
  • I highly recommend you go through the SAP Free Learning Modules for SAP C/4HANA or SAP CX which will give you an idea of which SAP CX modules/applications will suit your business processes.

You can always get in touch with SAP or Partners for paid consulting.
