Have a Email Signature per mail address used

Hello,

I have a question regarding the mail signature.
I know that in SAP C4C we can set up a signature from the Settings > Mail settings feature.

However, in the case of a User that works in 2 departments, his signature might change sometime depending on the email address he uses.

Is there a way in C4C to have this dynamic signature ?

Thanks for you answer.

Indeed the BADI implementation seems to fit our need. But as we don't want to do any custom dev. (which seems to be the case here) we won't go for it.

I don't believe there is a way to do this in standard configuration, but there might be some scope if you are open to the sdk route. Take a look at this blog. https://blogs.sap.com/2020/08/19/e-mail-signature-templates-in-sap-service-cloud/

There seems to be a Badi to do something similar and hopefully it will spawn some ideas for your use case.
