Hello,
as our customers sometime change the hardware, is it any way to fix the generated hardware key?

Hello,
As hardware’s change, the generated
hardware key will change as well. If the hardware key of your PoS changes, this
is not really a problem. In SAP Customer Checkout manager, for the PoS ID you
can maintain your new hardware key (it is manually editable) and it will just
continue to work normally.
If the hardware key of your SAP Customer Checkout manager changes, your license
file will become invalid. For that you need to create a new license file using the license management tool of SAP.
For restrictions on multiple license generation and policies around that you need to verify our license agreements or contact license
management team using tickets.
