Hi All,
In Portal every pages' source code I see the below line of codes. From where this is coming from while file? I was trying to check it didn't see this in any jsp.

My intension is to add meta tag after
to make the entire application compatible with IE browser.I tried adding this in HeaderiView.jsp. But the application still running in document mode 5. Please help me to get this information.
