If I update an Hrs Based strategy from say 7500hrs to 10Hrs by changing the Tasklist package along with counter upper limit, do I need to restart the maintenance plan?
I have had a group come in and change my frequencies and without restarting the plans and now have multiple new calls (1300plans done so far) the only issue I can see is that the plans were not restarted.
Is this the issue or have I missed something?
Appreciate any thoughts or ideas or quick fixes

Yes, you need to re-start the plan.
There is an OSS note, which explains the scenarios for which you need to re-start.
