Forbid all end users from using ZPBX condition

Hi everyone,

I have two requests relating to ZPBX price condition which are :

1) Forbib all users from using condition ZPBX price condition.

2) Only the purchasing department can use price condition ZPBX,

e.g The total amount is 375

In PO

PB00 : 350

ZPBX : 25,

The idea is to force all end users to notify the purchasing department in the event of a price difference between an invoice and the catalogue.
