External Pricing has disabled in Scopeing, but even though it is showeing in Quote

Hi

I have disable the external pricing in Project scopeing, i have unchecked ,but even though the extrenal pricing is visible in the Quote why? when ever we create Quote go to action button to submit the external pricing is showeing. beacuse of this iam unable to submit the Quote. it is stopping me to submit the Quote. even though external pricing is button is disable in scopeing

Hi Ullas,

What is the history of your configuration activities? Was external pricing activated before? Did you set up webservices to execute the external pricing? Please check the Sales Quote configuration - especially the Item types you are using in your quote, to verify if you are using items types that are relevant for external pricing.

You will proabably have to create a new document type as indicated in the following KBA
