what's the best/easiest way to get an export of an interaction contact together with its permission(s) and especially the timestamp of the last change date/time of the corresponding permission (not the change of the contact itself)?
Hm, my first guess would be an Export Profile? Via segmentation configuration you should be able to select the fields you want in the export. Not sure about the availibility of permssion-timestamp-related fields in there though.
I already checked that but unfortunately the timestamp fields are not available for segmentation/export... 😞
We try to use the CDS Views now (like I_MKT_CONTACTPERMISSIONC which already helps for some of the requirements), but unfortunately the ones we need are not released to join them with other ones to build more complex views/cubes/queries....
You could build a custom HANA view with the tables that you need and add that one to your segmentation object, so you can add it into an export profile. Also a more complex path I'm afraid.
