In what circumstances composite import service will give an error "Interaction contact(s) cannot be updated at the moment" while importing interaction?

Hello Maris,
1) When importing IC data, the system locks all involved IDs (like business partner number, email address, phone number, customer number, ...).
2) When data are imported in parallel processes, one process can block the other one when the 2nd process tries to lock an ID which is currently locked by the 1st process.
3) In this case, the 2nd process aborts with the message "Interaction contact(s) cannot be updated at the moment".
Please make sure that not every second contact that you import or update has the same details/data.

Hi Maris,
what system version we are talking about?
This happens if those contacts are changed/ touched by another call or request at the same time. Maybe try to load smaller packages or try to avoid packages with more than one entry for one contact.
